ProFit Fitness Assessment

ProFit is a professional assessment that equips each member with the knowledge of their personal total level of fitness. This is done by our professional staff, which by measuring the 5 components of fitness can provide each member with this invaluable piece of information.  These components are: strength, power, agility, endurance, and flexibility. Having this knowledge can better equip our clients with the right tools to monitor their progress and help them keep to their ProFit fitness goals.

 

Your Fitness Assessment

ProFit assessments help each client assess his/her own current fitness level (starting point) by dividing fitness into its five components and then rating each component separately. These five components are then aggregated to provide an overall (total) ProFit rating.

 

Improve Your ProFit Rating

Once we have discovered each individual’s area/s for improvement. Together we can target individual components for enhancement. We strive for new levels of fitness and avoid plateaus, through our targeted training. Training and getting into shape has never been easier.
